We like to think that Dusky Leaf monkey infants are born golden to remind us that we all come into this world with dignity and nobility. 

When Dusky Leaf monkeys age and turn grey, it serves as a metaphorical reminder that we can be tainted if we become negligent. 

Let’s remain true to our golden selves and not allow inconsequential matters to defile our true color.
